Cut all vegetabls as mentioned.
Now in pressure cooker boil 4 cups of water,and add all veges which we chopped.
We have soak moong and chana dal for 6 hours, wash and drain it,and add in cooker.
Now cover the lid and cook for 4 5 whistles on high flamed 2 whistles at low flame. When done open the lid add 2 tsp salt and green chilly paste.
Again mix well, and cook for 4 to 5 minutes with continuously with a spoon. Until corporates.
Now add 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
For rotlo mix all flours ina bowl,ad red chilly powder and 1 tsp of salt.
Knead a soft dough using little water.
Now take a quite big portion from dough and roll it.
Heat tava and roast rotlo on both sides till done.
This is traditionally winter recipe of kathiyvad, a heathy without oil or ghee and without masalas, so rotlo is served with ghtto, including green chilly pickle and fresh butter.
