Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 500 gms palak(spinach)


  • 200 gms paneer


  • 1 nos onion medium


  • 2 nos tomato medium


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp paneer masala


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions

  • Clean spinach thoroughly and wash it ..
  • Pu it to boil for 30 to 40 mins on sim flame. More boil will enhance the taste of leafy veg.
  • Cool it and blend the spinach to puree
  • Grate or grind the onion and tomato as per preference and make the tadka.
  • Add spices and salt.
  • Now add palak puree and let it to boil on sim for 10mins.
  • The dish is ready. Add the soft soft paneer and serve hot.
