Clean spinach thoroughly and wash it ..
Pu it to boil for 30 to 40 mins on sim flame. More boil will enhance the taste of leafy veg.
Cool it and blend the spinach to puree
Grate or grind the onion and tomato as per preference and make the tadka.
Add spices and salt.
Now add palak puree and let it to boil on sim for 10mins.
The dish is ready. Add the soft soft paneer and serve hot.
