Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups fenugreek leaves finley chopped


  • 2 nos potato chopped


  • 2-3 nos tomatoes


  • 2 tbsp desi ghee


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 nos green chillis


  • 1 tsp salt

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add all the spices.
  • Now add chopped chilli and tomatoes.
  • Roast them well and add Potatoes
  • Cover the lid for 10 minutes and keep the flame lowest.
  • After 10 minutes potatoes will be soft and add leaves.
  • Mix well and cook for another 10 minutes
  • Turn off the gas.
  • Ready to serve.
