Ingredients

Serves 8

  • Mint Leaves 1.5 cups

  • Coriander Leaves 1 cups

  • Curd .5 cups

  • green chillies 2 nos

  • Cloves of Garlic 3-4 nos

  • Piece of Ginger 1 inch

  • Lemon Juice 1 tsp

  • Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tsp

  • Dry Mango Powder 1 tsp

  • Chaat Masala 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tsp

Directions

    1. Combine Mint Leaves, Coriander Leaves, Ginger, Garlic and Green Chillies and grind them to a smooth paste. Add very little water if required.

    2. Beat some curd in a bowl and add Lemon Juice, roasted Cumin Powder, Salt, Dry mango Powder and Chaat Masala.

    3. Now add the paste of mint and coriander leaves and beat to mix everything to a smooth paste.

    4. Mint Chutney is ready. Serve mint chutney with Chicken Roll or other snacks.
