Ingredients

Serves : 50
  • 2 cups refund flour


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups fenugreek leave


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 500 ml oil for frying

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add all the ingredientes and knead a dough.
  • Take out a ball and roll out. cut in to strips.
  • Now roll one strip like khandvi and pin in to toothpic. In one toothpic pin 2 rolls.
  • Drop in hot oil with toothpic.
  • Fry untill golden brown.
  • Store in airtight container.
