Ingredients

Serves : 50
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1/4 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups fenugreek leave


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 500 ml oil

Directions

  • In a kneading plate mix all ingredients and knead a tight dough.
  • Take out a ball and roll out. Prick with fork and cut in to strips.
  • Pick one ribnon and Pin in to tooth pick.
  • Prepare all likewise.
  • Drop them in hot oil with toothpick.
  • Fry untill light golden brown.
  • Ready to serve.
