In a kneading plate add refiend flour, salt, leaves, carom seeds and 1/4 cup oil. Knead a tight dough.
Keep it aside for 10 minutes
Take out a small ball and roll it. Now press it woth palm.
Prepare all like wise.
Drop in hot oil on medium flame.
Stir continuously and fry till golden brown.
Take out and store in airtight container.
