Clean and blanch spinach and make paste of it
In mixing bowl take flour and add jeera, salt, chopped green chilly and mix it
Knead dough by adding spinach puree,knead a soft dough
Heat griddle and grease it with ghee
Take a portion of dough and roll in small circle apply ghee over it and fold in half circle,apply ghee on this and fold it in triangle and now roll it
Transfer this on griddle and cook it golden brown by apply ghee on both sides
Khasta palak paratha is ready serve it with masaledar curry
