Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls spinach


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2-3 nos finely chopped green chilly


  • 1/4 tsp jeera


  • 1 cups whole wheat flour


  • 2 tbsp ghee

Directions

  • Clean and blanch spinach and make paste of it
  • In mixing bowl take flour and add jeera, salt, chopped green chilly and mix it
  • Knead dough by adding spinach puree,knead a soft dough
  • Heat griddle and grease it with ghee
  • Take a portion of dough and roll in small circle apply ghee over it and fold in half circle,apply ghee on this and fold it in triangle and now roll it
  • Transfer this on griddle and cook it golden brown by apply ghee on both sides
  • Khasta palak paratha is ready serve it with masaledar curry
