Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups leaves of radish


  • 1 cups besan


  • 1/4 tsp ajwain


  • 2-3 nos green chilly chopped


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp haldi powder


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala for sprinkling


  • 1/4 tsp oil for frying

Directions

  • Wash radish leaves nicely and chop it
  • Take this in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except chaat masala
  • Mix it nicely than add 1/4 tsp oil in it and mix it
  • Heat oil for frying
  • Fry pakora on medium flame,sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with sauce
