Ingredients

Serves 4

  • leaves of radish 1 cups

  • besan 1 cups

  • ajwain 1/4 tsp

  • green chilly chopped 2-3 nos

  • garam masala 1/4 tsp

  • salt 1/4 tsp

  • haldi powder 1/4 tsp

  • chaat masala for sprinkling 1/2 tsp

  • oil for frying 1/4 tsp

Directions

    Wash radish leaves nicely and chop it

  • 02

    Take this in a mixing bowl and add all the ingredients except chaat masala

  • 03

    Mix it nicely than add 1/4 tsp oil in it and mix it

  • 04

    Heat oil for frying

  • 05

    Fry pakora on medium flame,sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot with sauce
