Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1/2 kgs mutton bone


  • 2 nos potatoes large cubed


  • 2 cups fenugreek leaves large ones chopped


  • 2 nos onions sliced


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 1/2 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 cups coriander leaves chopped


  • 4 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add ginger garlic paste and onions. Saute them for a minute on low flame. Add rest of the spices and saute it well until the onions turn translucent. Now add the washed and cleaned mutton to it.
  • Saute it on a medium high heat for 2 minutes. Add water as required and close the lid. Pressure cook it for 7 whistles or as required.
  • Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid. Deep fry potato cubes and add them to the cooker.
  • Add fenugreek leaves and garam masala too. Simmer on medium flame for 10-12 minutes. Garnish with coriander.
  • Serve hot with Phulkas, Pulao or Plain boiled rice.
