Firstly take a spinach leaf clean and wash it properly
In a small blender jar add spinach leaves, 3 green chilli, 2 inch ginger now close the lid
Then blend it make fine puree
In a mixing bowl add gram flour, prepared puree, salt as pr taste, as needed water mix it properly
Now add fruit salt and lemon juice again mix it gently
Now heat the steemar then take a stemar stand and grease with some little oil now pour the batter and steam for 15 min on lower flame
Now insert the toothpick and check it whether it is sticky or not , if it is non sticky means it is cooked
Now reduce the flame and let it cool down
In a mixing bowl add 2 tsp sugar 6tbsp water mix it well
Now heat the tdka pan with mustard oil then add mustard seeds, green chili crinkled it then add fresh curry leaves and sugar water stir it 40 seconds on lower flame
Now pour tdka over cooked dhokla and last top garnish with some rosted sesame seeds and cut in to your desired shape and serve it
