  • Broccoli 250 gms

  • Methi leaves 1 cups

  • Oil 3 tsp

  • butter 2 tsp

  • mustard & Jeera 1/2 tsp

  • green chilies 2 nos

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Onions & tomatoes 2 nos

  • turmeric 1/2 tsp

  • small capsicum 1 nos

  • fresh green peas 1 cups

  • Chilly & Coriander, powder 1 tsp

  • Jeera Pepper powder 1/2 tsp

  • home-made samber powder 1 tsp

  • boiled potatoes 1 nos

  • salt 2 tsp

  • water 1/4 cups

  • coriander leaves 1/2 cups

  • Rice and 2 cups

  • slice of Lemon 1/2 nos

    Add oil with butter

    Then add Mustard, Jeera & Chilly

    Add Onions, Ginger Garlic paste

    Add tomatoes

    capsicum, broccoli, green peas, all masalas with salt

    Rice and mix well
