Ingredients

250 gms broccoli
1 cups methi leaves
3 tsp oil
2 tsp butter
1/2 tsp mustard & jeera
2 nos green chilies
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
2 nos onions & tomatoes
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 nos small capsicum
1 cups fresh green peas
1 tsp chilly & coriander, powder
1/2 tsp jeera pepper powder
1 tsp home-made samber powder
1 nos boiled potatoes
2 tsp salt
1/4 cups water
1/2 cups coriander leaves
2 cups rice and
1/2 nos slice of lemon
Directions
Add oil with butter
Then add Mustard, Jeera & Chilly
Add Onions, Ginger Garlic paste
Add tomatoes
Turmeric
capsicum, broccoli, green peas, all masalas with salt
Methi, Potatoes,
Rice and mix well
Add Butter and Lemon
