  • bathua puree 1 cup


  • Potato 3-4


  • Salt 1 teaspoon


  • Red chilly powder 1/2 teaspoon


  • Chat masala 1 teaspoon


  • Pudina chutney 1 cup

Directions

  • Take a bowl
  • Add bathua puree and potato and spices and mix well
  • Make balls
  • Take. Kadai
  • Add oil in it
  • Fry these balls until crispy and golden
  • Serve with pudina chutney
