Ingredients

  • Chicken Lollipops 6 piece

  • Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tbsp

  • Beaten Egg 1 nos

  • Maida seasoned with salt 1 cups

  • Blanched Spinach 1 cups

  • Garlic Cloves 2 piece

  • green chilli 1 nos

  • green peas 1/2 cups

  • Mint leaves finely Chopped 4-5 nos

  • Dried Oregano 1 tsp

  • Salt 1 tbsp

  • Oil 1 cups

Directions

    Marinate lollipops with ginger garlic paste and salt and set aside for 5 minutes.

    Coat the lollipops with egg first and then coat it with flour. Repeat again and set aside.

    Blend spinach with garlic and chilli.

  • 04

    Heat a pan add oil into it and sauté the blended mixture till it release the oil on top.

    Add little water and give it a good boil for 1 minutes.

    Add salt and oregano and set aside.

    Boil green peas with salt till it gets mushy.

    After it drain the water and mash it with chopped mint and salt as per taste and set aside.

    Deep fry all the lollipops for 5-6 minutes and serve it with spinach oregano sauce and mashed mint green peas.
