First soak lentils for 1 hour in warm water and keep aside.
After an hour drain all water and blend lentils in a smooth paste . keep blending till this mixture becomes light and fluffy. Don't add water.
Now heat oil.
Add all rest ingredients except chat masala in lentils mixture.
Mix very nicely.
Now drop ping-ping sized mixture balls in oil. Fry on medium flame.
Keep flipping , so that fritters can evenly cook on all sides.
When fritters become golden in colour, then take them out on absorbent paper .
Fry all fritters in same way.
These fritters are very crisp from outside and juicy from inside.
Do sprinkle chat masala on fritters and serve with ketchup, schezwan or any chutney of your choice.
