Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/4 cups soya chunks


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 20-25 nos fresh spinach leaves chopped


  • 1 cups fresh coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 tsp haldi powder


  • 5-6 nos garlic cloves


  • 1 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 tsp rock salt


  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp aamchur powder


  • 2 tsp rice flour


  • 2 tbsp brown bread crumbs


  • 1 tbsp peanut filter oil to roast cutlets

Directions

  • Boil Soya chunks in water,strain and squeeze water.In a mixi jar add Soya chunks and grind into paste.
  • In a pan Heat 1 tsp oil, add Spinach leaves, Coriander leaves,haldi powder,garlic cloves and green chillies.Saute on low to medium flame till all water evaporates and it becomes Dry.Take out in a Plate and allow it to cool.Grind it into a fine paste.Take out the Spinach paste in a mixing bowl.
  • Add Soya chunks paste to Spinach paste.Add rice flour,bread crumbs,Rock salt,chaat masala,aamchur powder and mix well.
  • From this mixture make Cutlets.Heat nonstick pan on medium flame .Put Cutlets and apply oil to Roast the Cutlets on both sides till brown.Serve the Cutlets with beetroot chutney and salad.
