Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cup chana daal


  • 2 cup spinach


  • 2 green chillies


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 3 cup oil for frying


  • 1/2 cup green onion


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp rice flour

Directions

  • Soak chana daal in water for 6 hours. Later Drain the water and grind it using grinder. Add green chillies and ginger in it while grinding. Make Use of little water only while grinding.
  • Chop spinach, green onions and mix into it.
  • Add salt, turmeric powder, rice flour and mix well
  • Heat oil. Give it a shape of vada and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.
  • Enjoy it with green chuteny.
