Ingredients

  • 2 cup chana daal

  • 2 cup spinach

  • 2 green chillies

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 inch ginger

  • 3 cup oil for frying

  • 1/2 cup green onion

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 2 tbsp rice flour

Directions

    Soak chana daal in water for 6 hours. Later Drain the water and grind it using grinder. Add green chillies and ginger in it while grinding. Make Use of little water only while grinding.

    Chop spinach, green onions and mix into it.

    Add salt, turmeric powder, rice flour and mix well

  • 04

    Heat oil. Give it a shape of vada and deep fry till crisp and golden brown.

    Enjoy it with green chuteny.
