Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 cups Fenugreek leaves washed and chopped


  • 1 cup Moong daal


  • 1 chili


  • 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste


  • 1 tsp Cumin Mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp Chili Powder


  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder


  • 2 tsp Oil


  • 1 tsp Cumin Coriander Powder


  • 1/2 tsp Curry Powder


  • 1 Onion chopped


  • 1/2 Salt or as per taste

Directions

  • Heat the oil in pan on medium high flame
  • Give tadka with mustard cumin seeds then add Asafetida, ginger garlic paste and chili
  • add the chili turmeric powder and sauté the onion.
  • Now add daal and roast little then add some water, curry powder and salt, cover with lid and cook for 4-5 mins
  • Now add fenugreek leaves and again cover the lid and cook it for 2 mins.
  • That’s it, your curry is ready to serve with chapati, tortilla or with rice.
