Heat the oil in pan on medium high flame
Give tadka with mustard cumin seeds then add Asafetida, ginger garlic paste and chili
add the chili turmeric powder and sauté the onion.
Now add daal and roast little then add some water, curry powder and salt, cover with lid and cook for 4-5 mins
Now add fenugreek leaves and again cover the lid and cook it for 2 mins.
That’s it, your curry is ready to serve with chapati, tortilla or with rice.
