Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 150 g spinach


  • 50 g cottage cheese


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 1tsp oregano


  • 1 tsp mixed herbs


  • 10 to 15 leaves of basil.


  • Flour 1 cup


  • Milk 1/2 cup


  • 1/2tsp baking powder


  • Oil 1 tsp


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1 sp cheese shredded


  • 3 glasses water


  • 1sp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 1tomato finely chopped

Directions

  • For raviolis :
  • Take flour 1/2 sp salt baking powder 1 sp oil in a bowl . To this mixture add 50 g puree of spinach and make a green dough.dough should be lill tight .let it rest for 5 mins and roll and make small round thin breads from it.keep aside.
  • For stuffing of ravioli :
  • In a pan take 1 sp butter add 50 g shredded spinach and cook until water dries add salt 1/4th sp and 1/4 sp mixed herbs .now add cottage cheese and cheese to it and mix and cook until mixture dries .
  • Now stuff the mixture into the roller breads and make small dumplings .
  • Boil water in a vessel and add raviolis to it when the rise to surface its cooked.remove and strain and keep aside .
  • For gravy:
  • In a pan add garlic paste with butter and cook add onion and tomato and cook for 2 mins .now add remaining 50g shredded spinach to it .
  • Add 1 sp flour and milk to it
  • Add salt pepper and remaining herbs to it .
  • Cook for 2 mins and serve with hot raviolis.
