  • 1 bunch palak 1 cup chopped coriander 5-6 green chillies 2 tsp ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Lemon juice 2 cups wheat flour 1 tbsp besan 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp jeera powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1/2 tsp sugar Salt to taste as needed Oil

    Clean Palak take only leaves wash and blanch in hot water and make paste after cooled. While blending add green chillies and coriander leaves along with cooled leaves. Don't add water. In a bowl take atta and besan mix well add dry masalas and blended puree. Ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt. Mix all well. Add water only if required. Add oil and make a dough. Let the dough rest for 10-15 mins. Make small balls and roll out Theplas. take tawa put on gas for heating. After heating the pan add some oil on it and Cook from both sides. serve with curd or tometo ketchup.
