Mix spring onion leaves, coriander leaves,lime juice and fenugreek leaves and make coarse paste.
mix all ingredients in a bowl for dough and Knead a soft dough using water.
Mash potatoes and all ingredients mentioned above.
Add semilina and again mix well.
Take a big amount of portion from potato mixture and give a shape of rectangle tikki.
Now heat nonstik with lil oil and coat tikki in semolina and shallow fry till golden and crisp. Let it cool.
Now take big portion from dough and roll a big roti, put tikki over it.
Cover with all sides and press gently.
Now heat nonstick pan and sprinkle lil oil and shallow fry paratha on both sides.
Serve hot with ketchup.
