Bathua 1 cup
Salt 2 teaspoon
Red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger 1
Garlic 1
Onion 1
Tomato 1
Oil 1 teaspoon
Floor 1 cup
Directions
Take a cooker
Add saag and bathua
Add salt
And give 9-10 whistles
Add floor
Mix well
Add tadka
For tadka, add onion, tomato, ginger and garlic
Mix in mixture
