Switch on the stove,Take a wok, put the vegetable oil.
2.Once the oil heat up put the slices of onion and ginger julliens. Fry till the raw smell goes off and onions become transclucent .
3.Put the other vegetables like carrots, blanched Broccoli or cauliflower, pepper powder, greenchilly and salt .
4.Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. Now put water or vegetable broth,bring to a boil and add noodles.
5. You can add the sliced cabbages, tomatoes and capsicum ang boil till the noodles becomes soft . 6.Check the seasoning andGarnish with fresh coriander leaves . Serve in soup bowls.
