Ingredients

1 cups multigrain flour
1/4 cups besan(gram flour)
1/4 cups curd
3/4 cups fenugreek finely chopped
1/2 cups spinach finely chopped
1/2 cups radish leaves finely chopped
1/4 cups spring onion leaves finely chopped
1/4 cups coriander finely chopped
3 nos green chilli finely chopped
1 cups grated garlic
1 tbsp white sesame
1 tbsp saunf/fennel
1/2 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp dhania jeera/cumin coriander powder
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 cups water to knead a soft dough
1/4 cups oil to cook thepla
1 cups smoothen curd for raita
1/2 cups grated purple cabbage finely chopped cur
1 tbsp raisins
1 tbsp grated cashews
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Mix all the bhajis, masala, chilli,garlic,salt& oil mix well and add besan,multigrain flour mix and knead a soft dough.
Make equal rounds and roll and cook all the theplas on kadai applying oil both sides on medium high flame.
For Raita mix curd,Cabbage, dryfruits, salt & red chilli powder in a bowl.
So Serve Healthy mix Bhaji Thepla with Raita
