Ingredients

Serves : 20
  • 1 cups multigrain flour


  • 1/4 cups besan(gram flour)


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 3/4 cups fenugreek finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups spinach finely chopped


  • 1/2 cups radish leaves finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups spring onion leaves finely chopped


  • 1/4 cups coriander finely chopped


  • 3 nos green chilli finely chopped


  • 1 cups grated garlic


  • 1 tbsp white sesame


  • 1 tbsp saunf/fennel


  • 1/2 tsp asafoetida


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tbsp dhania jeera/cumin coriander powder


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/4 cups water to knead a soft dough


  • 1/4 cups oil to cook thepla


  • 1 cups smoothen curd for raita


  • 1/2 cups grated purple cabbage finely chopped cur


  • 1 tbsp raisins


  • 1 tbsp grated cashews


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions

  • Mix all the bhajis, masala, chilli,garlic,salt& oil mix well and add besan,multigrain flour mix and knead a soft dough.
  • Make equal rounds and roll and cook all the theplas on kadai applying oil both sides on medium high flame.
  • For Raita mix curd,Cabbage, dryfruits, salt & red chilli powder in a bowl.
  • So Serve Healthy mix Bhaji Thepla with Raita
