Ingredients

Serves 20

  • multigrain flour 1 cups

  • besan(gram flour) 1/4 cups

  • curd 1/4 cups

  • fenugreek finely chopped 3/4 cups

  • spinach finely chopped 1/2 cups

  • radish leaves finely chopped 1/2 cups

  • spring onion leaves finely chopped 1/4 cups

  • coriander finely chopped 1/4 cups

  • Green chilli finely chopped 3 nos

  • grated garlic 1 cups

  • white sesame 1 tbsp

  • saunf/fennel 1 tbsp

  • asafoetida 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1 tsp

  • dhania jeera/cumin coriander powder 1 tbsp

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • water to knead a soft dough 1/4 cups

  • oil to cook Thepla 1/4 cups

  • smoothen curd for Raita 1 cups

  • grated Purple Cabbage finely chopped cur 1/2 cups

  • raisins 1 tbsp

  • grated Cashews 1 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

Directions

    Mix all the bhajis, masala, chilli,garlic,salt& oil mix well and add besan,multigrain flour mix and knead a soft dough.

    Make equal rounds and roll and cook all the theplas on kadai applying oil both sides on medium high flame.

    For Raita mix curd,Cabbage, dryfruits, salt & red chilli powder in a bowl.

    So Serve Healthy mix Bhaji Thepla with Raita
