Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1/4 cups spinach puree


  • 1/4 cups curd


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1/2 inch ginger


  • 1/4 tsp garam masala


  • 1/4 tsp chilli flake


  • 1/4 tsp ajwani


  • 1 tbsp oil

Directions

  • Blanch the spinach.
  • Take a grienderjar add blanch spinach,ginger,cuminseeds,greenchilli to make a paste.
  • Take a mixing bowl add semolina,curd,salt&spinach puree to make a batter.R est it 10 mints.
  • Cut the bread with the help of a cookiescutter
  • Take one bread piece cover the spinach batter ,& shallow fry the cutlet.
  • Serve with hot chilli garlic sauce.
