Blanch the spinach.
Take a grienderjar add blanch spinach,ginger,cuminseeds,greenchilli to make a paste.
Take a mixing bowl add semolina,curd,salt&spinach puree to make a batter.R est it 10 mints.
Cut the bread with the help of a cookiescutter
Take one bread piece cover the spinach batter ,& shallow fry the cutlet.
Serve with hot chilli garlic sauce.
