Roast cumin & crush into smooth powder. Blanch sweet corn, boil moong dal. Chop spinach, onion, tomato and keep ready.
Heat a pan add chopped onion,ginger, garlic paste and saute it on slow flame add tomato and cook till turns soft add water and smash with spoon & cook till very soft add chopped spinach & salt as per taste.
When spinach is cooked completely add boiled moong dal & grind with hand blender and strain it. Cook again till one boil add black pepper powder & freshly roasted and crushed cumin powder.
Healthy Spinach Sweet Corn Soup is ready. Serve hot Soup in a bowl add blanched Sweet Corn on top.
