  • Methi leaves 2 cups

  • Greenpeas 1 cups

  • fresh cream Malai 1/2 cups

  • wheat flour 2 cups

  • rawa 2 tsp

  • gram flour 2 tsp

  • salt 1 tsp

  • ajwain 1 tsp

  • green chilli ginger garlic paste 1/2 cups

  • water 1 cups

  • oil 3 cups

Directions

  • 01

    blanch Methi & green peas for 2 minutes & make puree

  • 02

    make a dough of wheat flour add all the ingredients ( except oil)

  • 03

    take small portion of dough.,roll puri and deep fry

  • 04

    Serve hot with coconut chutney
