Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 bowl spinach


  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/4 cup Rawa


  • 1/4 Cup green chilli ginger garlic paste


  • salt 1 spoon


  • 1 spoon terminand and jaggery paste


  • 3 cups oil for deep fry


  • 2 spoon ghee and 2spoon corn flour paste


  • 1 cup water( as required)

Directions

  • blanched spinach for 3 minutes & make puree
  • mix altogether wheat flour , rawa ,salt ,Palak Puri green chilli paste & terminand..jaggery paste
  • mix all and make a tough dough using water if required
  • roll 2 thin chapati from the dough
  • put one Roti & spread ghee and corn flour paste on it
  • cover cover design with another roti
  • again put ghee and corn flour paste
  • fold them into tight roll
  • cut into small portions
  • press slightly & make mathri or khasta puri
  • deep fry until cooked
