Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 2 bowl spinach

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup Rawa

  • 1/4 Cup green chilli ginger garlic paste

  • salt 1 spoon

  • 1 spoon terminand and jaggery paste

  • 3 cups oil for deep fry

  • 2 spoon ghee and 2spoon corn flour paste

  • 1 cup water( as required)

Directions

    blanched spinach for 3 minutes & make puree

  • 02

    mix altogether wheat flour , rawa ,salt ,Palak Puri green chilli paste & terminand..jaggery paste

  • 03

    mix all and make a tough dough using water if required

  • 04

    roll 2 thin chapati from the dough

  • 05

    put one Roti & spread ghee and corn flour paste on it

  • 06

    cover cover design with another roti

  • 07

    again put ghee and corn flour paste

  • 08

    fold them into tight roll

  • 09

    cut into small portions

  • 10

    press slightly & make mathri or khasta puri

  • 11

    deep fry until cooked
