blanched spinach for 3 minutes & make puree
mix altogether wheat flour , rawa ,salt ,Palak Puri green chilli paste & terminand..jaggery paste
mix all and make a tough dough using water if required
roll 2 thin chapati from the dough
put one Roti & spread ghee and corn flour paste on it
cover cover design with another roti
again put ghee and corn flour paste
fold them into tight roll
cut into small portions
press slightly & make mathri or khasta puri
deep fry until cooked
