whole wheat french bread 110 gms
marinara sauce 1 cups
mushrooms thinly sliced 2 nos
red onion thinly sliced, separated into rings 1 nos
green bell pepper 8 thin slices 1 nos
shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese 1 cups
Parmesan cheese 1/4 cups
turkey pepperoni slices, cut in half 8 nos
Preheat the oven to 425°F
Split bread into quarters. Scoop out center of the bread (weigh about 2 oz).
Each piece: 1/4 cup marinara sauce. Divide the rest up. Top with pepperoni.
Bake about 10 min. Cheese is melted and bubbly, bread is crisp.
