Ingredients

  • 1 bowls fresh green methi leaves ( fenugreek leaves) finely chopped


  • 1 bowls wheat flour


  • 1 bowls gram flour


  • 2 nos finely chopped green chilli


  • 2 tsp refined oil


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp fresh garlic paste


  • 1 tsp carom seeds


  • 1 bowls curd


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

Directions

  • In a mixing bowl add given all ingredients except oil mix it properly knead a dough make a smooth dough now rub some oil
  • Then cover and rest for 20 min
  • Now take a small portion of the dough make a ball shape and flatten it now dust some flour on the rolling board and roll it thin layer
  • Then place on hot twa and cook it one side
  • Now shallow fry till it both sides crispy and nice in brown colour on medium flame
  • Now remove the plate and serve it any types of chutney or tea
