Bind dough using warm milk and cover it with damp kitchen towel
Braise coconut with the rest till all sugar melted in it n nice aroma arises, let it cool down
Make pingpong balls of the dough then roll them and fill a tablespoon or more with coconut mixture
Then seal it, shape of half moon, when all done cover with damp kitchen towel
Shallow fry in ghee or oil on low or medium flame till nice creamish color
