In a blender jar add 1tsp cumin,7 red chilli, coriander seeds, garlic, ginger, black cardamom, green cardamom, 1tbs coriander leaves, cinnamon and javitri stick and some little water now blend it make a fine paste keep it a side
Now heat the cooker with mustard oil then add bayleaf ,cumin ,3 whole dry red chili, stir it few minutes then add onion saute till it becomes translucent
Now add prepared mixture ,tomatoes, turmeric powder, to taste salt stir and mix it properly on lower flame
When spices separates till it oil then add dal ,as needed water
Now pressure cook up to 3whistles now turn on the low flame again cook for 5 min then reduce the flame
When let it cool down then open the lid and add 1 tsp meet masala pwd and coriander leaves mix it gently
