Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 200 gms 4 hours soaked gram pulse( chna dal)


  • 1 bowls finaly chopped spinach


  • 3 nos green chilli


  • 2 inch ginger


  • 12 nos garlic peel


  • 1 1/2 tsp salt


  • 250 gms mustard oil


  • 15 nos black pepper corn


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 3 tbsp finely chopped fresh coriander leaves

Directions

  • Firstly take a dal rinse and drain it
  • Now in a blender jar add soaked dal, ginger, garlic,black pepper corn, green chilli, now blend it without water make a gradual paste
  • Now in a mixing bowl add , prepared paste, and given all ingredients except oil now mix it properly combined together
  • Now take a medium portion of the mixture then make a ball shape and in it make a at the center hole
  • Now drop in hot oil and deep frying until it crispy and golden brown in colour on medium flame
  • Now remove the plate and serve it any types of sauces it is perfect tea time snacks
