Cut your potatoes into squares and slice your broccoli. Then cut your lemons in half and your onions into small squares(about the size of a pea)
On high heat add your water into a large pot and leave it to boil. Once your water has boiled add the potatoes in and lower the heat for 15 minutes or until your able to easily poke them with a fork. Place your potatoes on the side and add your broccoli and peas into the same pot of boiling water for 2- 4 minutes . Your broccoli should be cooked and your peas should still be the same fresh green colour they were, when they are ready turn off the heat and drain the water.
Add your cooked vegetables in your serving dish, then add your onions (not cooked) with them
Squeeze your lemons so there delicious juice covers your vegetables, add your vinger and mix your vegetables so they can all be covered in the delicious sauce.
Leave your vegetables to cool then enjoy 😁
