Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add wheat flour, 1 tsp salt and spinach. Knead a soft dough
  • Take out a ball and roll it.
  • Spread some oil on it ans sprinkle all the spices.
  • Cut in to strips.
  • Roll it.
  • Roll again and make a ball.
  • Roll again and place on hot tawa.
  • Flip after 2 minute.
  • Spread some oil and roast crispy.
  • Serve hot.
