Ingredients

  • 1 cup wheat flour

  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 2 pinch asafotida

  • 1 tbsp chaat masala

Directions

    In a kneading plate add wheat flour, 1 tsp salt and spinach. Knead a soft dough

    Take out a ball and roll it.

  • 03

    Spread some oil on it ans sprinkle all the spices.

    Cut in to strips.

  • 05

    Roll it.

  • 06

    Roll again and make a ball.

    Roll again and place on hot tawa.

  • 08

    Flip after 2 minute.

  • 09

    Spread some oil and roast crispy.

  • 10

    Serve hot.
