Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups spinach chopped


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos potatoes


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 pinch asafotida

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add spinach, 1 tsp salt and wheat flour.
  • Knead a soft dough.
  • Peel and mash potatoes. Mix rest of the spices.
  • Take out a smal ball and roll a little.
  • Fill some stuffing and cover it.
  • Roll again.
  • Place on hot tawa.
  • Flip after 2 minutes.
  • After 2-3 minutes spread ghee and flip.
  • Roast untill golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
