In a kneading plate add spinach, 1 tsp salt and wheat flour.
Knead a soft dough.
Peel and mash potatoes. Mix rest of the spices.
Take out a smal ball and roll a little.
Fill some stuffing and cover it.
Roll again.
Place on hot tawa.
Flip after 2 minutes.
After 2-3 minutes spread ghee and flip.
Roast untill golden brown.
Serve hot.
