Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups chopped spinach


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add spinach, 1 tsp salt, and wheat flour.
  • Knead a soft dough.
  • Mash potatoes and mix all the ingredientes.
  • Now take out a ball and roll out.
  • Palce some stuffing and cover. Roll out again.
  • Place on hot tawa and flip after 2 minutes.
  • Now place on gas and roast crispy.
