Take aata put oil, ajwain, salt oil red chilli powder and chopped green methi and knead dough
Take mooli peel it grate it put salt and mix well keep for 5-10 minutes squeeze water from it
Add ajwain red chilli powder anardana and chopped green coriander leaves
Take small portion of methi dough roll it in small round put mooli batter
Close it and make parantha put on tawa
Parantha ready to serve with white butter curd and chutney
