Ingredients

Serves 3

  • mooli 2 nos

  • chopped methi 2-3 bowls

  • salt 1 tsp

  • ajwain 1 tsp

  • dhaniya powder 1.5 tsp

  • aata(wheat flour) 3 bowls

  • oil 1 tbsp

  • anardana 1 tsp

  • chopped green coriander leaves 1/2 bowls

Directions

    Take aata put oil, ajwain, salt oil red chilli powder and chopped green methi and knead dough

  • 02

    Take mooli peel it grate it put salt and mix well keep for 5-10 minutes squeeze water from it

  • 03

    Add ajwain red chilli powder anardana and chopped green coriander leaves

  • 04

    Take small portion of methi dough roll it in small round put mooli batter

  • 05

    Close it and make parantha put on tawa

  • 06

    Parantha ready to serve with white butter curd and chutney
