Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 2 nos mooli


  • 2-3 bowls chopped methi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp ajwain


  • 1.5 tsp dhaniya powder


  • 3 bowls aata(wheat flour)


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp anardana


  • 1/2 bowls chopped green coriander leaves

Directions

  • Take aata put oil, ajwain, salt oil red chilli powder and chopped green methi and knead dough
  • Take mooli peel it grate it put salt and mix well keep for 5-10 minutes squeeze water from it
  • Add ajwain red chilli powder anardana and chopped green coriander leaves
  • Take small portion of methi dough roll it in small round put mooli batter
  • Close it and make parantha put on tawa
  • Parantha ready to serve with white butter curd and chutney
