Coarsely grind dal in mixer grinder while grinding add 2 green chilly
Take out this paste in a mixing bowl and add chopped palak,salt and soda in it and mix it
In non stick pan heat 2 tbsp oil
Make small tikki of dal and palak paste and put it in pan and cook it golden brown from both side
Grind tomato,green chilly and ginger to a fine paste
Heat one spoon oil in kadahi and add hing and jeera in it,as it turns brown add all the masalas in it and fry for a minute than add grinded tomato in it and cook it till oil separate
Add one spoon grinded moong dal paste in it and cook it for a while
Add water to make gravy adjust the consistency
Add salt in it and cooked tikki in it and let it simmer for 10 minutes
Garnish it with chopped green coriander
