Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups finely chopped spinach


  • 4 nos big size potato


  • 2-3 nos green chillis


  • 2 tbsp desi ghee


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp coriander powder

Directions

  • Peel and cut the potato in pieces
  • heat oil in a pan and crackle cumin seeds and asafoetida
  • Now add turmeric and rest of the spices
  • Mix cut potatoes. Add 2 tbsp water and cook for 5 minutes. So that potatoes can be cooked completely.
  • Now mix chopped Spinach and salt.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes with cover lid on low flame.
  • Turn off the gas and serve hot with roti.
