Ingredients

Serves 5

  • 500 gram white radish leaves

  • 2 tbsp oil

  • 4-5 potatoes

  • 2 tsp carom seeds

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp mango powder

Directions

    Finely chop the green chilis and radish leaves.

  • 02

    In a cooker boil potatoes and chopped Leaves.

  • 03

    Squeeze the leaves and strain all the water.

  • 04

    Heat oil in a pan and crackel carom seeds, asafotida.

  • 05

    Add all the ingredientes and mix well.

  • 06

    Now add leaves and nix well.

  • 07

    Peel and mash the potatoes.

  • 08

    Mix in to leaves.

  • 09

    On medium flame roast for 5 minutes.

  • 10

    Turn off the gas.

  • 11

    Serve hot.
