Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups bathua finely chopped


  • 2 nos boiled potato


  • 1 tbsp salt


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 nos green chillis


  • 1 pinch asafotida


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add 1 tsp salt, wheat flour, and bathua. Knead a soft dough.
  • Peel and mash Potatoes and mix rest of the spices.
  • Take out a small ball from the dough and roll a little.
  • Put some mashed potatoes and cover it.
  • Roll again.
  • Place on hot tawa.
  • Roast from both sides and serve hot with chutney.
