Ingredients

  • 1 cups wheat flour


  • 1/2 cups bathua


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 2 pinch asafotida

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add wheat flour, bathua, salt and knead a dough.
  • Take out a ball and roll a little.
  • Spread little oil and sprinkle all the spices.
  • Cover again and roll again.
  • Place on hot tawa and roast from both sides.
  • Serve hot.
