Wash green beans, carrot, cabbage leaves, broccoli, capsicum, tomato and green chilies under running water. Chop them and place in a steamer. Steam for 5-7 minutes till they turn tender.
Once the vegetables look soft, transfer them to a large serving plate and drizzle lemon juice over it.
Add seasoning, olive oil. Toss it. Your Mixed Vegetable Salad is now ready. Garnish them with coriander leaves and serve.
