Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup bathua


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cup Desi ghee

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add bathua, oil, salt and wheat flour. Knead a soft dough.
  • Take out a ball and roll thin. Spread some ghee and cut in to strips.
  • Now roll it again and make a ball.
  • Roll again a place on hot tawa.
  • Roast from from sides untill crispy and golden.
  • Serve hot.
