In a kneading plate add wheat flour, bathua, 1 tsp salt and knead a dough.
Take ouut a ball and roll thin. Now spread some oil on it.
Sprinkle 1 pinch, salt, chilli, asafotida, and chaat masala.
Cut in to strips and roll in length.
Again roll and make a dough.
Roll out again and place on hit tawa.
Roast till golden brown and crispy from both sides.
Serve hot.
