Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups wheat flour


  • 1 cups bathua finely chopped


  • 4 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds


  • 1 tbsp chaat masala


  • 1/2 tsp asafotida

Directions

  • In a kneading plate add wheat flour, bathua, 1 tsp salt and knead a dough.
  • Take ouut a ball and roll thin. Now spread some oil on it.
  • Sprinkle 1 pinch, salt, chilli, asafotida, and chaat masala.
  • Cut in to strips and roll in length.
  • Again roll and make a dough.
  • Roll out again and place on hit tawa.
  • Roast till golden brown and crispy from both sides.
  • Serve hot.
