Ingredients

Serves 4

  • alak grided in paste 1 bowls

  • semolina 1 cups

  • curd 1/2c cups

  • salt 1/2 sprig

  • baking soda 1/2 tsp

  • oil 1 tsp

  • mustard seeds 1/4 tsp

  • curry leaves 3-4 nos

  • grated carrot 1 tsp

  • chopped green coriander 1 tsp

Directions

    In mixing bowl take semolina,curd and palak puree and mix it nicely

    Keep it covered for 5 minutes

    Add salt and soda and mix it

  • 04

    Grease mini idili mould and pour batter in it with help of spoon and cook it in idli maker for 5 min

    Take it out

  • 06

    Add oil in a pan and add oil in it,add mustard seeds as it cracked add curry leaves and grated carrot and fry for couple of minutes than add idili and green coriander and mix it

    It is ready to serve,serve it with chutney or sauce
