Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 bowls alak grided in paste


  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1/2c cups curd


  • 1/2 sprig salt


  • 1/2 tsp baking soda


  • 1 tsp oil


  • 1/4 tsp mustard seeds


  • 3-4 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp grated carrot


  • 1 tsp chopped green coriander

Directions

  • In mixing bowl take semolina,curd and palak puree and mix it nicely
  • Keep it covered for 5 minutes
  • Add salt and soda and mix it
  • Grease mini idili mould and pour batter in it with help of spoon and cook it in idli maker for 5 min
  • Take it out
  • Add oil in a pan and add oil in it,add mustard seeds as it cracked add curry leaves and grated carrot and fry for couple of minutes than add idili and green coriander and mix it
  • It is ready to serve,serve it with chutney or sauce
