Ingredients

Serves 3

  • spinach chopped 3 cups

  • onion chopped 1 cups

  • wheat flour 3 cups

  • umin powder 1 tsp

  • oriander powder 1 tsp

  • shahi paneer masala 1 tsp

  • ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • butter 3 tsp

  • green chilies 1-2 gms

  • salt 1 tsp

Directions

  • 01

    Blend spinach, onion and chilies with little water.

  • 02

    Mix all except butter and knead soft dough.

  • 03

    Roll the paratha by taking small dough.

  • 04

    Roast well from both side by applying little butter.

  • 05

    Serve with chutney, sauce or with curd.
